This American bistro that specializes in everything from the farm to the table has all sorts of scrumptious meals prepared by Chef Curtis and his culinary crew. If you’re a vegetarian, they’ve got a delicious pumpkin seed tofu salad plated with lentils and mushrooms. For something a little heartier, meat lovers will enjoy their take on a mustard seed meatloaf prepared with black earth lamb. In addition to the restaurant, you will find a selection of 50 wines that you can sample that are readily available at the market which is adjacent to the dining room.

There’s a lot to look at inside the new restaurant Tavernita, from the owners of Mercadito. This restaurant, which is virtually three places in one, offers a different ambiance in every room. There’s Barcito, there’s the main dining room and then there’s the lounge which is open after hours. At Barcito, the menu is all about pinxtos, which means small bites in Spanish. On the menu in the main dining room, you can find pork belly bocadillos, wagyu beef and pork meatballs, artichoke and beet salad and duck confit flatbread. The lounge is open for late night dining, great music and of course cocktails that are prepared in less than a minute because the drinks are all packaged in a keg!
